Scope and basic principle
This notice applies to autumnkyoto.com. External booking sellers have their own privacy notices and terms.
We do not collect or store the personal and payment information entered on an external seller's checkout page.
Information you provide
There is no account, login, newsletter, web form or direct payment feature. If you email [email protected], your email address, displayed name and message are processed to answer the enquiry. Do not send passport, card or booking details.
Information that may be processed
Browser local storage keeps only an itinerary code. Cloudflare may process IP address, access time, browser and device information for delivery and security. Google Fonts may receive network request information. External affiliate sellers may process link identifiers and click information under their own policies.
This site currently has no separate advertising pixel or visitor analytics script.
External booking sites
When you open a stay, transport, experience, flight or rental-car link, the external seller independently processes any passenger, passport and payment information you enter.
Saved itinerary and deletion
The saved trip-length code stays in your browser's local storage and is not combined with your name or contact details. Remove it by clicking the saved-plan button again or deleting autumnkyoto.com site data in your browser.
Your choices
You can delete locally stored itinerary information at any time. To ask about information supplied in an email, contact [email protected]. Requests about an external seller's data must be sent to that seller.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when site features, external services or applicable standards change.
